    Wow. Amazing image. The atmosphere is a little different from most of your other photos (without putting any rank into it).

    Was the flower quite tall or did you have to put your camera onto the ground?

    @ Désirée: The flower could be a weed. It grows and flowers once a year, usually in vacant allotments and neglected gardens. It often has one or two tall stems surrounded by shorter ones. I’m 182 cm tall and held the camera high above my head to take the photograph.
